Evagene is being developed entirely in-house by Xiasma, drawing
on our strong experience of and emphasis for quality, to bring a
robust, functional solution to pedigree drawing, management and
analysis tasks.
We are focussed on making you more productive by improving the
process of drawing family trees. Evagene Natural Pedigree Drawing (ENPD)
allows you to sketch patients and relationships on the computer, just the
way you would with a pen and paper.
Evagene has been designed to belong alongside the best productivity
software to reduce the gradient of the learning curve. Whether you prefer
to use icons or keyboard shortcuts, everything is laid out in logical,
familiar patterns. You don't need to understand computer jargon, databases
or server to carry out any operations in Evagene.
Evagene is much more than the best pedigree diagramming tool. The underlying
records closely mirror biological structures and events giving you much greater
flexibility in how you manage your information.
